Opus Solutions started as a people-services company supporting fast-growing US brands. Year after year, the same request kept coming back louder than every other: find us people we can actually hire. Not CVs. Not candidate volume. Vetted specialists who hold up in a technical interview and stay past the first quarter.

So we narrowed. We dropped everything that wasn't recruiting and rebuilt the company around five practices - Law, Construction, Tech & IT, Engineering and Mechanical Engineering - each led by recruiters who came out of that field. That focus is the product. We'd rather be the best at five industries than average at fifty.
